Jon Gagan has been the bassist
for renowned guitarist Ottmar Liebert since 1989. Devoting himself to music at a young
age, Jon has enjoyed a thriving career. As a mainstay in Liebert's group, Luna Negra, Jon
has received two platinum and seven gold records, two Grammy nominations, and has made
numerous national TV appearances. Freelance work has found Jon performing with such
luminaries as Milt Jackson, Nat Adderly, Mose Allison, Dave Grusin, Carlos Santana, Emily
Remler, and many others.

Guitarist Lewis Winn is a faculty member at the
College of Santa Fe, where he teaches guitar, bass, and jazz workshop. His
distinctive style and impeccable musicianship have earned him a solid reputation on the
Santa Fe/Albuquerque scene. In recent years, Lewis has been a featured artist with the
Real Time Quartet, Melodious Thump, Max Roach, Eddie Harris, Richie Cole, Eddie Daniels,
and Jack Walrath, among others. Jon and Lewis have been collaborating since 1980 and have
developed a unique musical chemistry which they bring to every performance. Their concerts
throughout the Southwest have been met with enthusiasm as well as critical acclaim.
